We are a small independent label and do not offer returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart, product description and photos carefully — and feel free to DM us on Instagram before ordering if you're unsure about anything. We're happy to help you pick.

Damaged or wrong item received

[RECOMMENDED — CONFIRM WITH FOUNDER] If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging us with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved (damaged/wrong item, or an order we cannot fulfil), it is issued to the original payment method within [X] business days.
